MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> September 14, 1992 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - City Hall <br /> CAL~~9RDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thet-eof, Mayor Sather called <br /> to order the regular City Council meeting at 7:30 p.m. <br /> Present: Mayor Thomas Sather; Councilmembers JoAnn Growe, <br /> Dale Hicks, Thomas Mahowald, Paul Malone. Also present <br /> were: City Attorney, Jerry Filla; City Planner, John <br /> Bergly; Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; Clerk <br /> Administrator, Dorothy Person; City Accountant, Terry Post; <br /> Deputy Clerk, Catherine Iago; Recording Secretary, Foster. <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> Note was made that this evening's original agenda was <br /> revised by staff; the revised agenda was considered for <br /> adoption. <br />. MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks, to adopt the September <br /> 14, 1992 agenda as revised by staff. Motion carried <br /> unanimously (5-0). <br /> APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTlF <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Growe, to approve the minutes <br /> of August 31, 1992 Regular Council Meeting as prepared. <br /> Motion carried unanimously (5-0) . <br /> CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Referring to consent calendar item "C"I the last page of the <br /> application for a Bingo Hall License from Arden Hills Pot <br /> O'Gold Bingo Hall, entitled "Bingo Hall Personnel <br /> Affidavit" , Councilmember Mahowald noted the caption on the <br /> top of that page reads "State of Minnesota, County of <br /> Hennepin". He asked staff to investigate whether the County <br /> designation is correct, and request the applicant change it <br /> if appropriate before executing the necessary documents. <br /> MOTTON: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks to approve the Consent <br /> Calendar and authorize ex<;ecution of all necessary <br /> documents contained therein.
