Council Agenda Unfinished and New Business Item No. 6.B. <br /> regarding Request to Purchase City Property - <br /> In 1991/92, a development was begun on private <br /> property adjacent to a City lot (northwest corner of <br /> Brueberry Lane and Highway 10). This developer has <br /> approached the City with a request to purchase this lot. <br /> His plan is to continue sllnilar use on the adjacent property <br /> (to add two tcMnhouse units) . 'Ibe City council is requested <br /> to consider: a) whether to pursue this sale, and b) if so, <br /> to authorize a city official to proceed with sale <br /> negotiations . 'Ibe city Attorney has indicated that per <br /> statute the city is able to negotiate a land sale. However , <br /> further review of title, etc is needed prior to any final <br /> sale. <br /> C.
