Fischer noted that the letter did not appear <br /> to be objecting to the garage, but objecting to the overall developnent <br /> of this site. <br /> Zoning Administrator advised Canunission that aocecsory blildi:ng IIIUSt be <br /> setback 10 feet fram the rear property line and 5 feet fram the side <br /> property line in an R-2 district.
