<br /> -'F.- .~..- 4/L: <br /> . <br />.... <br />. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE <br /> SURFACE VATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES <br /> VHEREAS, the recently adopted Shoreview Municipal Code, Section. 520.030, <br /> requires the City Council to determine by resolution the user rates and <br /> charges for the Surface Vater Management Utility. <br /> NOV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFSHOREVIEV, <br /> MINNESOTA, <br /> That the quarterly charge by land use within the City shall be: <br /> Land Use Quarterly Charge <br /> Single Family Home $ 4.95/10t <br /> Townhomes $ 5.25/10t <br /> Condominiums $34.20/acre <br /> Apartments $41. 49/acre <br /> Commercial $53. 19/acre <br />. Industrial $41. 49/acre <br /> Schools/Churches $41. 49/acre <br /> Parks $ O.OO/acre <br /> AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said rates shall become effective upon <br /> the effective date of operation of the Shoreview Surface Vater <br /> Management Utility and shall remain in effect until changed by <br /> resolution of the City Council. <br />. <br /> ~ <br /> t <br /> t <br /> -J; <br /> , <br />
