GROWE FOR HER <br /> YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> WHEREAS, JoAnn M. Growe has faithfully and diligently served the <br /> city of Arden Hills for 4 years; and <br /> WHEREAS, she has been very responsible to the residents and <br /> business community; and <br /> WHEREAS, JoAnn M. Growe has worked to improve the community and <br /> has contributed immeasurably to the excellence of government in <br /> Arden Hills by serving as liaison to the following committees: <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Human Rights Commission <br /> Newsletter Committee <br /> Public safety/Works Committee <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills city <br /> Council, on behalf of Council, staff and all the citizens of <br /> Arden Hills, express their sincere gratitude and appreciation for <br /> . these years of service, and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council extends its best wishes <br /> to JoAnn and her family. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL THIS 11TH DAY OF JANUARY, <br /> 1993. <br /> Thomas R.
