MAHOWALD FOR <br /> HIS YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE CITY OF ARDEN <br /> HILLS <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas A. Mahowald has faithfully and diligently served <br /> the City of Arden Hills for 4 years; and <br /> WHEREAS, he has been very responsible to the residents and <br /> business community; and <br /> WHEREAS, Thomas A. Mahowald has worked to improve the community <br /> and has contributed immeasurably to the excellence of government <br /> in Arden Hills by serving as liaison to the following committees: <br /> City Hall Committee <br /> Newsletter Committee <br /> Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> Planning Commission <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City <br /> Council, on behalf of Council, staff and all the citizens of <br /> .
