Mr. Keleher provided a sketch for the Planning Commission to <br /> review. The applicant stated he rray need a variance to meet setback <br /> requirement. The Old Highway 10 and the Brueberry setbacks are in <br /> compliance, rot the rear yard need a 10 foot variance. The b..Uldings <br /> would be b..Ult in line with existing townhomes on Hwy. 10 and would <br /> become part of the Association. <br /> Planner Bergly suggested the Applicant apply for a lot combination and . <br /> PUD Amendment, thereby avoiding setback variance from the existing lot <br /> lines. <br /> Mr. Keleher thanked the Planner and Connnission for their input. <br /> ProPosed Sian Ordillllnce <br /> Zoning Administrator Iago referred to her mem:l of 12-30-92 to the <br /> Planning Commission Members regarding the revisions to the proposed sign <br /> ordinance. She recommends to the Commission that language specifically <br /> prohibiting use of cloth signs as permanent fixtures to b..Uldings be <br /> inserted in Section D of the proposed sign ordinance revisions. <br /> Winiecki commented she saw many banners in the City and was unaware of <br /> the extensive use of these signs in the City. All members agreed that <br /> this revision be added to the Proposed Sign Ordinance. <br /> Zoning Administrator Iago again referred to her memo of 12-30-92 to the <br /> Planning Commission Members regarding annual fee for Class I Residential <br /> Real Estate Signs and Political Signs. since there has been no need in <br /> the past to regulate either of these types of signs and the City has not <br /> received complaints, she recommends annual pennits and fees for both <br /> types of signs be deleted from the proposed ordinance revisions.
