The removable top will <br />. improve ventilation and provide access to the <br /> tank interior during reconditioning. <br />. 2.4.2 Install two (2) , 24-inch diameter, hinged roof <br />. manways, approximately 180 degrees apart and <br /> located within 3 feet of the roof edge. This <br /> will provide conformance with OSHA Confined <br />. Space Entry Requirements and additional <br /> ventilation during the interior surface <br />. preparation and coating.
