GrainJer BuilclinJ. <br /> Community Planning Coordinator, Cathy Iago confinned the publication of <br /> the Notice of HearinJ in the New Briahton Bulletin on Wednesday, <br /> February 17, 1993, and mailinJ to affected property owners on the same <br /> date. <br /> Planner Bergly referred to his report dated March 3, 1993, and explained <br /> the applicant proposes a 9223 sf expansion to the existinJ structure. <br /> The proposal will sh<Ya 315 sf expansion of the sales area which will <br /> make a total of 2,135 (8.7%) in office and 24,216 sf (91.3%) in <br /> warehousinJ . <br /> The Gateway Business District requires a Special Use Permit f= any <br /> changes in the builclinJ's exterior or modification of a site. <br /> Planner Bergly noted the followinJ considerations: <br />. 1. Warehousinq and storaqe of Materials <br /> Wholesale operation are not to exceed 75% of the flo= area of the <br /> builclinJ .
