See letter from City Engineer in 3/3/93 packet. <br /> Planner Bergly recormnended the followin] actions: <br /> 1. That the M:lratorium Ordinance be waived. <br /> 2. Approve the Special Use Permit for the buildin] expansion as <br /> proposed with the followin] stipulations: <br /> a. That the north and east walls of the structure are <br /> acx::eptable as painted concrete block walls and that it be <br /> understood that at such time as the "FUture Addition" as <br /> noted on the site plan is constructed, the ultimate north <br /> and east walls will be finished with an approved exterior <br /> material. <br /> b. That the larrlscapin] requirement for the =ent <br /> application is equivalent to 30 caliper inches of trees. <br /> The required trees should be placed in the front yard <br /> for the purpose of screenin] and makin] West Rourrl lake . <br /> Road a more attractive entrance to the Business Area. <br /> The I.arrlscape Plan and required boOOing shall be approved <br /> by the Plannin:J Commission and Council pri= to the City <br /> ar:provin] the new addition for occupancy. <br />
