(7-tl) <br /> Piotrowski moved, seconded by Carlson to recommend to Council APPROVAL of <br /> Case #93-02, SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW BUILDING EXPANSION, W.W. Grainger, 4444 <br /> West Round Lake Road, condition upon the following: <br /> a. That the north and east walls of the structure are acceptable <br /> as painted concrete block walls and that it be understood the <br /> applicant is to submit a status report 4 years from the date of <br /> approval relative to the "Future Addition", as noted on the <br /> site plan, which includes plans for approved exterior building materials, <br /> or to submit a proposal..for landscaping the east side of the site, if <br /> no expansion is planned. <br /> b. That the landscaping requirement for the current application is <br /> equivalent to 30 caliper inches of trees. The Required trees should <br /> be placed in the front yard for the purpose of screening and making <br /> West Round Lake Road a more attractive entrance to the GB District. <br /> The landscape plan dna required bonding shall be approved by the <br /> Planning Commission and Council prior to the City issuing an <br /> occupancy certificate. <br /> c. That the "Future Addition" shown on the Site Plan is not approved <br /> as part of this application. A complete submission package for <br /> Planning Commission and Council review and approval are required <br /> prior to construction of the future phase. <br /> d. That applicant submit to the City an approved permit from the <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. (7-0) <br />
