RESOLUTION 93 - ~ <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABUSIDNG THE ASSESSMENT RATES <br /> FOR BITUMINOUS OVERLAY PROJECIS <br /> WHEREAS, the City has adopted an Assessment Manual, dated November 13, 1990, which <br /> requires the City Council, from time to time, to establish assessment rates for <br /> bituminous overlay improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the assessment rates for 1993 have not been established; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> l. The assessment rate for bituminous overlay improvements shall be $2.98 per front foot <br /> for residentially zoned property. <br /> 2. The assessment rate for bituminous overlay improvements for townhouses served by <br /> Arden View Drive and Arden Vrew Court shall be $63.78 per unit. <br /> .
