Garrett Lysiak is appearing before the Council to request consideration <br /> for appointment to the Cable 'IV Commission. He will be providing <br /> background infonnation relating to his expertise in the area of cable <br /> technology. He will be ccmnnenting on areas of concern regarding service <br /> and technology issues of Cable 'IV. <br /> 2. Review of Ramsey County Road Turnbacks - Teny Maurer will present to <br /> the Council the preliminary proposal of the proposed road turnbacks (see <br /> attached report) to the City of Arden Hills. It is iInportant that the <br /> Council direct staff as to what their concerns are in proceeding with <br /> these road tumback issues. <br /> 3. ZOning EnfOl:oenel1t - '!he staff will be informing Council of future <br /> zoning enforcement plans and a concern that consistency be awlied in <br /> . all cases. Council may wish to identify additional needs of which the <br /> staff has not been aware, or concerns regarding full or consistent <br /> enforcement. <br /> 4. Everest Group - Everest Group has reconsidered their concept development <br /> plan for the Round lake Business District. 'lhey are now retunring to <br /> Council with a revised concept plan YJhich they have iIxlicated is Jrore in <br /> line with the City planned development objective of a "corporate <br /> headquarters" type b.Jilding, based in the area along with other mixed <br /> use b.Jilclings. <br /> DAP:rk <br /> - <br />
