'!he Arden Hills city Council has the authority as defined by Minnesota statute 435.193 to defer said as<;r=no'lt for John F , Gertrude B clifford of 3915 Rollinq Bills Road, PIN m: 28-30-23-24-0009. 3. '!he assessment for John F , Gertrude H CJ.ifford of 3915 Rollinq Bills Road, PIN m: 28-30-23-24-0009 is hereby deferred lU'ltil one of the followin] events occur and then such deferred assessment shall be paid in full: A) '!he Owner of the property dies and the spouse is not eligible for a deferment; B) the property is sold; or C) the City Council determines that a hardship no longer exists. 4.
