CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, HIIIIlIJESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-34 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING INTERIM 1993 WATER UTILITY RATES <br /> EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, the City provides water services; and; <br /> WHEREAS, in establishing the customer fees it is preferred that these <br /> fees be reviewed periodically; and; <br /> WHEREAS , purchased water costs have increased above earlier <br /> estimates; and; <br /> WHEREAS , water purchased during the summer months will cost a premium <br /> over water purchased during the winter months; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective April 1, 1993 water <br /> utility rates be revised as follows: <br /> L The consumption fee for water sold during the summer months <br /> . (April - September) shall be increased from $1.79 to $1.99 <br /> per 1,000 gallons. <br /> 2. The consumption fee for water sold during the winter months <br /> (October - March) shall be increased from $1.79 to $1.89 per <br /> 1,000 gallons. <br /> 3. The Standby Fees and Minimum Charges shall remain at those <br /> levels established by the January 1, 1993 fee schedule. <br /> Adopted by the Arden Hills City Council this 14th <br /> day of June, 1993. -rL diL- <br /> Thomas R.
