f ARE WE GETTING SOAKED??? . Effective April 1, 1993, you will have a 'surface water runoff' or , storm drainage' fee added to your quarterly water bill. Single family homes will be charged $3.98/unit per quarter. Residents of the Townhouse Villages of Arden Hills Homes Association and Arden Hills North Homes Association will pay $7.03/unit per quarter. You and your neighbors will pay seventy-seven percent more than residents of single family homes. Each year you and your neighbors, together, will pay $3733.20 more than if we lived in a development of single family homes. Your board of directors believes the fee is inequitable. We may still appeal for reduced fees for 1.994 and bevond if we can: 1. Demonstrate that our land retains all or a portion (at least 20~) of the rainwater we receive the fee will be reduced by a percentage equal to that of the percentage of rainwater retained.
