The hardship of drainage from the street into the front yard <br /> causing run-off problems. <br /> 2. The safety issue with the existing sidewalk and no railings <br /> at the entry. <br /> 3 . The location of the house is at the end of the cul-de-sac so <br /> there is no front yard alignment issue with the neighboring <br /> houses. <br /> 4. Reasonable variance request. The neighbors totally support <br /> this request as the renovation of the house would improve <br /> . the value of the neighborhood. No adverse affect on anyone. <br /> . <br /> -- --- <br />
