Included in this amount <br /> was SWM utility charge of $337.06. <br /> I have a copy of the resolution covering this charge that was <br /> passed and adopted on March 8, 1993. I understand the need and the <br /> . purpose for the additional funds, however, my question relates to <br /> the land use designation that indicated "Limited and General <br /> Business B-1 and B-2 - 50.75 per acre". "Undeveloped Property (any <br /> zoning) 5.97 per acre". <br /> I would appreciate it if someone would look at our property. <br /> Topographically our land is situated so that 90% of the run off <br /> goes across our property into designated wetland areas.
