RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93 - 14 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 1993 <br /> SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT UTILITY RATES <br /> WHEREAS, the City has added Sections 28 - 162 thru 28 - 171 to the Code of Ordinances, <br /> establishing a surface water management utility, and; <br /> WHEREAS, the revised code requires the City Council to establish by resolution, from time <br /> to time, the rates to be charged for the Surface Water Management Utility; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The quarterly charges, by land use, within the City shall be as follows: <br /> T .and Use Desie:nation (Zonin~) Ouarterly Char~e <br /> . Single Family Residential (R-l) $ 11.94/acre = $3.98/unit <br /> Single and Two-Family Residential (R-2) $ 15.64/acre = $3.91/unit <br /> Townhouse and Low Density Multiple Dwellings (R-3) $ 32.48/acre <br /> Multiple Dwelling (R-4) $ 32.48/acre <br /> Limited and General Industrial (1-1 and 1-2) $ 50.75/acre <br /> Limited and General Business (B-1 and B-2) $ 50. 75/acre <br /> Undeveloped Property (Any Zoning) $ 5.97/acre <br /> 2. Said rates shall become effective upon the effective date of operation of the Arden Hills <br /> Surface Water Management Utility and shall remain in effect until changed by resolution <br /> of the City Council. <br /> Passed and adopted this 8th day of March ,1993, <br /> ~ II/v- <br /> Thomas R.
