Council input and decision is requested. <br /> 3. City licenses review - Attached you will find several staff <br /> reconunendations regarding license and permit fee increases. Areas <br /> identified include: General blsiness license, dog license, liquor <br /> license and land development fees. <br /> . 4. Christmas Tree Recycling Disposal Joint Program - The City of New <br /> Brighton approached Arden Hills with a proposal to coordinate a <br /> Christmas Tree Recycling pr<XJram. Arden Hills has been asked to <br /> participate through a $500.00 donation. <br /> 5. 1994 F\mds for stonn Water utility projects - Attached for your review <br /> is a listing of proposed projects for 1993 and 1994 stann water <br /> management budget. Council will want to consider the priorities of the <br /> options listed for 1993 and 1994 and give feedback for final <br /> determination at the up::aming Council meetings. <br /> 6. Attached for your information is a geotechnical study. Based on <br /> previous comments and review by the city Council, the street <br /> iIrprovements are suJ::rnitted for Council's final review which are to be <br /> forwarded for an up::aming city Council meeting. <br /> 7. City/County Turnback Report - Attached is a memo which you previously <br /> received fram the City Engineer outlining the conditions for <br /> =nsideration of a proposal to Ramsey County. Terry Maurer will also be <br /> discussing the merits of turnback of County Road F by Lexington in <br /> =nnection with a plan to pay for the llp3rade of County Road F by the <br /> Mounds view High school. <br /> . <br />
