<br />4 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />. hammering that starts between 6:30 and 7:30 a.m. and has been going <br />on for months and months as the structure grew and grew and grew <br />like a malignant tumor), I well refrain from doing so as I would <br />prefer to try and be more constructive (no pun intended). <br /> <br />I am requesting that the council require the owner to, at a <br />minimum, 1) provide mitigation for the impacts of this building, <br />and 2) refrain from developing the property any further. <br />Mitigation, although it would not and could not fully negate the <br />impacts of this monstrosity, could take place in the form of mass <br />plantings of large deciduous and/or coniferous trees positioned to <br />help hide this monstrosity and restore some of the privacy that has <br />been lost. <br /> <br />Please feel free to share this with the owner of the above <br />mentioned property. I would be happy to meet with the owner to <br />provide the perspective from my side of the street.
