The utility billings are <br /> coming in fast and furious, therefore the teamwork is critical and thus <br /> far is working well. No t.enpmrry staffing is planned at this time. <br /> 3. Section 125 - During the past months, investigated Sec. 125 options, <br /> reviewed different providers of service, including costs, level of <br /> service and a=acy of their infornation. We have tentatively <br /> identified DCA as the reconunended provider of service. This benefit of <br /> pre-tax deductions will include: dependent care, out of pocket medical <br /> (up to $2,000 per year) and premi\llTl deductions. Each employee will <br /> discuss the possibilities with a representative of DCA. It is <br /> anticipated that there will be a group employee meeting in early <br /> Decerober. The cost of this service of $100.00 per month to the City, is <br /> ~ed to be recouped through FICA savings if anticipated enrollment <br /> is met.
