The City shall pay Contractor in full after final <br /> . inspection by the City's consulting engineer and <br /> verification that the Improvement Project has been <br /> completed pursuant to Approved Plans and <br /> Specifications. <br /> e. Upon request for final payment, Bongard and Noyed <br /> may, collectively, or individually, request that <br /> the City adopt the appropriate resolution <br /> certifying final payments to real estate tax rolls <br /> in equal installments for the tax years 1994 and <br /> 1995 which installments shall bear interest at the <br /> rate of Eight Percent (8.0%) per annum. If it is <br /> not possible to certify payments for the 1994 tax <br /> rolls, the payments shall be certified for the tax <br /> rolls in 1995 and 1996.
