RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 93-68 <br /> RESOLUTION REVISING SEWER UTILITY RATES <br /> EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 1994 <br /> WHEREAS, the City council established a policy to <br /> review sewer rates on an annual basis; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City staff has reviewed the utility <br /> cost structure and has recommended that the Arden Hills city <br /> Council increase sewer utility rates, and <br /> WHEREAS, this review has determined that the rate <br /> increase is necessary to enable the utility to remain self- <br /> supporting, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective <br /> January 1, 1994, sewer utility rates be revised as follows: <br /> Service Description Old Rate New Rate Per Ouarter <br /> Per Quarter Effective 1/1/94 <br /> Residential $49.95 $51. 95 <br />.
