. I request that the fee be changed to more equitably reflect the
need for surface water management services where I live. I have
enclosed a copy of information I have obtained from other
communities. I did not include Roseville which bases its fee for
townhouses by the acre. The use of a charge per acre penalizes low
density developments that do not contribute as much runoff as a
high density development.

I am aware that requests for fee changes are to be made prior to
the end of October. I consider the letter sent on July 17, 1993, to
be that request. This letter is a follow-up to that letter.

Please call me at 636-7303 if you have questions or would like to
meet to discuss my request.

SincerelYC '\J.

Av-.-t C-r/ Cu.fJ V\/
one E. There are two townhome associations at the southwest corner of
Highway 96 and Hamline. For purposes of the street overlay and
this new fee we are treated as one. TeChnically, this is not
correct and charges should be reallocated. .

i ,.,. n ~ .,1, . j)" I; i'f",.'-Ll
. -{-< f\.a..vc Ut'l ,-.
