Consent Calendar: <br /> 1) 1994 license renewals: Attached are the recommended renewals for <br /> Liquor and Rubbish Haulers. All license applications have been <br /> reviewed and appropriate fees =llected. There will be <br /> additional requests for approvals as the remaining applications <br /> are received and processed. <br /> 2) Park fund expenditure - Mounds View Tennis Courts - Recommend <br /> approval of $25,000 as previously agreed and hldgeted toward the <br /> renovation of the courts. 'Ihe City, with this =ntribution, is <br /> showing an excellent example of cooperation with the Light Brigade <br /> and School District #621- 'Ihe eight (8) court complex is expected <br /> to be utilized the summer of 1994, for our Arden Hills programs. <br /> . 3) Final 1993 Pavement Management payment - You will recall that the <br /> 1993 Pavement Management project retained $6,238.59 of the final <br /> payment for final review of sealcoating. 'Ihis final review has <br /> been approved, with a recommendation that T.A. Schifsky & Sons be <br /> paid this final amount. <br /> II. Unfinished and New Business: <br /> 1) Plarming Case #93-24, 'Ihomas Goserud, Special Use Permit - See <br /> information previously sent. <br /> 2) SUrface Water Management appeals - appellants' letters are <br /> attached: Mrs. C. E. Sheehy, 1505 Etlgewater Avenue <br /> Alpo Petfoods, Inc., 4251 Fernwood Avenue <br /> Arden view Townhome Association <br /> 'Ihe Ordinance #290 relating to SWM is attached. Page three (3) <br /> begins review of =nditions to adjust fees (set by Council). 'Ihe <br /> engineer's report is attached. <br /> 'Ihe Townhome Association has asked for further review by Council <br /> at the January worksession (January 20) . 'Ihey challenge not only <br /> their circumstances, rut the ordinance itself as it applies to <br /> townhornes . <br /> 3) Adoption of final tax levy - 1994 - Resolution #93-70 - No changes <br /> are anticipated at this time in the levy. staff has not received <br /> any further public input since the hearing. 'Ihis time is allowed <br /> for any further Council discussion. <br /> . 4) Adoption of 1994 hldget - Resolution #93-71 - If no further <br /> comment is noted on aOOve issue, no changes are anticipated. <br />
