SURVEYiNG of Arden Hills. There will be no change in the multiplier of 2.45 times salary costs. This, <br /> I would add, has remained the same for the past seven years. However, since our contract <br /> is structured on hourly billings based on employees' salaries, we do anticipate some minor <br /> ~,~A~riC increases in hourly wages. These would be reflective of cost of living increases in the 2.5- <br /> 3.5 percent range and any promotional increases. We will, however, maintain the same <br /> :-;A,\!5PGTAiIO,"-i maximum hourly rate of $75 as in 1993. <br /> We have enjoyed our relationship with the City of Arden Hills over the past five years and <br /> consider the City to be one of our most valued clients.
