The review <br /> and issuance of all building permits. The conduction of all inspections as required by the <br /> building code. Inspections pertaining to other sections of the Arden Hills Code of <br /> Ordinances including zoning, signage and landscaping ordinances. <br /> . My services as the appointed Code Enforcement Officer would include' <br /> The investigation and enforcement of violations to the City of Arden Hills Code of <br /> Ordinances. Responding to complaints from citizens and city staff. <br /> My services as the appointed Plumbing Inspector would include' <br /> The review and issuance of all plumbing, sewer and water permits issued in compliance <br /> with the Minnesota State Building Code, the Minnesota State Plumbing Code and the <br /> Arden Hills Code of Ordinances. The inspection of plumbing, sewer and water systems <br /> installed under permit. The inspection of existing plumbing, sewer and water systems <br /> presumed to be in violation of codes or ordinances. <br /> Additional services' <br /> I will provide the City of Arden Hills other services as necessary and requested by <br /> city staff. <br /> I will upon request from city staff provide the City of Arden Hills a comprehensive budget <br /> estimating revenues and expenses of the building department for the next year. <br /> I will provide to the City of Arden Hills a yearly report of building department activities <br /> and all other reports determined necessary by the City Administrator, city staff or myself <br /> .
