. Compensation for services' I request the City of Arden Hills to provide a desk, telephone, materials, staff and administrative support necessary for providing the administrative needs of the building department of Arden Hills. I request the City of Arden Hills to provide liability insurance for the positions. Compensation for services shall be an hourly fee of$25.00 per hour which would include unlimited hours necessary to fulfill the requirements of the positions, but not to exceed approximately fifty (50%) of the total revenue collected from all; plan reviews, building, plumbing, sewer, water and sign permits. No compensation for mileage would be charged. Additional compensation for other services shall be at the hourly fee of $25.00 per hour. Insurance and licenses' I specifically waive any and all claims to workers compensation insurance and shall maintain my own insurance for health afId disability. I shall maintain my own vehicle insurance and shall name the City of arden Hills as an insured party. . I shall maintain a current State of Minnesota Class II Building Official Certification and shall provide a copy of same to the City of Arden Hills for its inspection, upon request. Termination' This position may be terminated at will by either party upon sixty (60) days written notice of intention to terminate by the party desiring termination. This agreement may be terminated by either party but only for cause and upon sixty (60) days written notice to the other party. It has been my pleasure working with you, city staff, the Council and its commissions. I feel I have provided the City of Arden Hills with the services required and expected of my many positions.
