Motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: Hicks moved, seconded by Malone, to approve the Consent <br />Calendar as revised and authorize execution of all <br />necessary documents contained therein. Approve Resolution #94-09 authorizing execution of . <br />proxy in favor of certain amendments to the <br />declaration of trust of the Minnesota Municipal <br />Money Market fund. <br />b. Approve Committee/Commission members and liaisons <br />as amended. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no public comments. <br /> <br /> <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />621 FOUNDATION <br />GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT APPLICATION <br /> <br />Ms. Person commented that the 621 Foundation is requesting <br />approval of their Bingo Hall license application at Pot O'Gold <br />Bingo Hall. This organization will replace st. Paul Turners <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Councilmember Probst asked for clarification that approval of <br />such requests are on a first come, first serve basis. Ms. <br />Person stated this is correct. <br />. <br />
