Site Plan - The total site consists of approximately 47,000 square feet, The building is 3.940 square feet in size which is significantly less than the 40% maximum coverage allowed in the Ordinance. The ordinance requires a minimum of 20 feet and the existing setback is only 10 feet. 2. Parking - The station, under Section VI, F, 1, j, is required to have 3 spaces for each enclosed bay plus 1 for each employee on the peak =rk shift.
