This proposal was previously reviewed by the Parks Ccrrmittee and <br /> the City Council. Both found the offer acceptable, <br /> Mike Welsch of 1509 Colleen Avenue asked to see the new grading plan. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated the steep grades on sare of the lots will be an <br /> architectural challenge, but any cut and fill on lots six through nine <br /> will not take place until after the houses are plarmed. <br /> Mr, McClung stated the challenge can be met by the developer, <br /> Chair Winiecki asked for comnents from the Planning Ccmnission, <br /> l\tr. Erickson thanked Mr, McClung for the great job of documentation and <br /> intent of the development.
