Lynette Kreidler of 1518 Arden Vista Court asked about park dedication funds , Mr. Fritsinger quoted Cindy Severtson, Parks Director, as saying the . land offered by Mr, McClung was acceptable for the construction of the trail. This proposal was previously reviewed by the Parks Ccrrmittee and the City Council. Both found the offer acceptable, Mike Welsch of 1509 Colleen Avenue asked to see the new grading plan. Mr. Fritsinger stated the steep grades on sare of the lots will be an architectural challenge, but any cut and fill on lots six through nine will not take place until after the houses are plarmed. Erickson thanked Mr, McClung for the great job of documentation and intent of the development. All of the issues addressed by the Planning Carrnission were addressed in the updated plans, Mr, Erickson was pleased and satisfied, Mr, Rye asked for these plans to be the standard and not the exception, .
