<br /> REQUIREMENT PROCEDURE FOR SMALL KENNEL LICENSE <br />. Section 5-68. Application. Any person desiring a small kennel <br /> license required under the provisions of Section 5-67 shall make <br /> written application to the Arden Hills City Administrator on a <br /> prescribed form. The application shall contain: <br /> a. Description of the real property upon which it is desired <br /> to keep the animal or animals. <br /> b. The species and number of animals to be maintained on the <br /> premises. <br /> c. A statement that the applicant/permittee will at all <br /> times keep the animals in accordance with all the <br /> conditions prescribed by the Arden Hills City <br /> Administrator. <br /> d. Such other and further information as may be required by <br /> the Arden Hills City Administrator. <br /> The applicant for any permit required under proyisions of Section <br /> 5-67 shall proYide with the application the written consent of <br /> seventy-fiye (75) percent of the owners or occupants of privately <br /> or publicly owned real estate within one hundred fifty (150) feet <br /> of the outer boundaries of the premises. <br />. Any applicant who has more than two (2) dogs at the time of <br /> application must remoye all animals other than two until the permit <br /> has been granted. <br /> Application forms may be obtained at the City Administrator's <br /> office, Arden Hills City Hall, 1450 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br /> MN 55112. <br /> The maximum number of dogs to be allowed with a permit is three <br /> (3) . <br />. <br />
