MUst it be receiYed by the <br /> deadline of post marked or received by the deadline in City <br /> offices? (See resolution #79-46). <br />. 2. Under proof of hardship - .ir:l<;:ome level shavn is $10,000 or less. <br /> Is this a =ent figure? Should this be tied into the <br /> state/National ~ level? <br /> 3. It seems authority to- approve (now it is done by <br /> staff/Administrator)' should be inserted. It seems same guidanoe <br /> is needed regarding on what basis/proof of age, ie: two forms of <br /> ID (if income), and a verification of such. <br /> 4.
