Agenda Items: <br /> Public Hearing - Arden Place - Storm Sf'%ler project has been underway <br /> since late last week and corrpletion expected this week. This should <br /> cause the hearing to be final by February 28, 1994. <br /> N. Consent Calendar: <br /> a. Dxlr to d=r canvassing - MN CDACT - The City has received a <br /> . request fran this group to canvass in Arden Hills fran February 28 <br /> to April 1. Hours will be 4 - 9 plI M:>nday thru Friday and <br /> =casionally on Saturday fran 12-5 plI. The Attmney General's <br /> office has confirmed their registration with the State of <br /> Minnesota. The six people who have been identified to be <br /> canvassing in Arden Hills are being investigated through the <br /> background check pr=edure with the Ramsey County Sheriff's office <br /> and are cleared. <br /> V. Unfinished and New Business: <br /> a. The Planning Ccmnission discussed earlier the redevelq:rnent plan <br /> for Lexington/Grey Fox area and the potentially affected traffic <br /> patterns. They ask for Council discussion on how to pr=eed. <br /> Please see February Planning Ccmnission notes for further detail. <br /> This agenda includes a brief introduction by Planning Ccmnission <br /> members. If Council wishes discussion, sufficient time should be <br /> set aside at a future Council meeting or Special Council rreeting. <br /> b. Potential Agenda Item - Surface Water Managerrent Fee Appeal - <br /> Arden view Townhares - It is possible to finalize this on M:>nday <br /> if the Council has sufficient infomation. H<:Mever, Engineer <br /> Maurer is not able to attend the Council meeting. If you need <br /> further engineering infomation and discussion fran MSA, it could <br /> be postponed until March 14 for additional infomation.
