MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS I MINNESOTA <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> February 28, 1994 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - New Brighton City Hall <br /> CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Acting Mayor <br /> Probst called to order the City Council meeting at 7:35 <br /> p.m. Present: Councilmembers Beverly Aplikowski, Dale <br /> Hicks, and Paul Malone. Absent: Mayor Thomas Sather. <br /> Also present were: Community Planning Coordinator, Brian <br /> Fritsinger; Public Works Superintendent, Dan Winkel; Park <br /> & Recreation Director, Cynthia Severtson; City <br /> Accountant, Terry Post; City Administrator, Dorothy <br /> Person; and Recording Secretary, Renee Kaulfuss. <br /> ADOPT AGENDA <br /> MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Aplikowski, to adopt the <br /> February 28, 1994 agenda as presented. Motion <br /> carried unanimously (4-0). <br />. PUBLIC HEARING - CONTINUANCE OF ASSESSMENT <br /> HEARING REGARDING THE 1993 ARDEN PLACE <br /> DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> and <br /> PUBLIC HEARING - FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL & <br /> COST ALLOCATION IN THE MATTER OF THE 1993 <br /> ARDEN PLACE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> Acting Mayor Probst opened the public hearing at 7:36 pm. <br /> Acting Mayor Probst explained that the public hearings <br /> were rescheduled several times to allow for all the <br /> parties involved to work out the cost sharing agreement. <br /> The parties involved have agreed to the terms of the cost <br /> of the project and the project is near completion. <br /> Public Works Superintendent Dan Winkel noted the pipe is <br /> in the ground and all the structures are built on the <br /> site. The only remaining process to be completed is some <br /> dirt work which will need to be done after the frost is <br /> out of the ground. <br /> Administrator Person noted that since the public/private <br /> cost agreement is finalized, there would be no need to <br />. continue the assessment hearing at this point. <br />
