Mr. Winkel stated, not at this time, however, <br />the cost will not exceed the $15,000 quoted amount. <br />Councilmember Malone asked if the agreement was signed. <br />It was noted the agreement was signed, and the only <br />paperwork is followup on the easement document to be <br />filed with Ramsey County. <br />Acting Mayor Probst closed the public hearing at 7:39 pm. <br />MOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Hicks to terminate the <br /> matter in regards to the assessment process relating <br /> to the 1993 Arden Place Drainage improvement <br /> project. Approve List of Claims/Payroll. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no public comments. <br />UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br />PLANNING COMMISSION - LEXINGTON/FOX BUSINESS <br />CENTER STUDY <br />Community Planning Coordinator Fritsinger noted that <br />Roberts Development had previously requested a curb cut <br />in front of the Zeos building along Lexington Avenue. <br />The Council had tabled the discussion in October and <br />directed the Planning Commission to further review the <br />Lexington/Fox Business Center study. <br />Planning Commission Chairperson Winiecki briefly outlined . <br />the Planning Commission's reasoning for recommending <br />denial of this specific curb cut request.
