If <br /> Cbuncil wishes to p=ed, the necessary resolutions have been prepared <br /> to approve the Plans and Specs, order the advertiserrent for bids and to <br /> order the irrprovement, Attached is a copy of the revised 1994 Paverrent <br /> Maintenance Irrproverrent project schedule. <br /> II. Cbnsent Calendar <br /> a. M=chanical fee schedule - Scme minor verbiage was not included in <br /> the original resolution #94-12 which irrpacts our ability to <br /> collect fees. These changes can be seen in the last line of the <br /> fee schedule. <br /> b. Cepository Cesignation - Staff is requesting Rayrrond Jarres & <br />- Asscx;iates, Inc, c/o Hart Searrities, Inc, be added to the list of <br /> designated depositories for investrrent purposes. <br /> c. Public WOrks and Accounting Staff are requesting approval of <br /> Resolution #94-27, which addresses a minimum water charge on <br /> larger sized rreters, M:Jst custarers with larger rreters exceed the <br /> minimum charge, therefore the financial irrpact is minimal. The <br /> last change was approved in 1992 and was effective for the <br /> rerrainder of 1992 and calendar year 1993. 'I11is w:JUld be effective <br /> January 1, 1994 if approved, Terry Post has prepared a spread- <br /> sheet which is attached for your review, <br /> d. The Arden Hills/Shoreview RotaI)' is requesting that the City <br /> support their armual Dare Bike-a-than event scheduled for April <br /> 30. <br /> e.
