Listing of Claims/Payroll provided. <br /> III. Unfinished and New Business: <br /> a. Enclosed is a revised draft copy of the proposed changes to the <br /> Animal Control ordinance. Revisions include comments from the <br /> Febl:uary worksession. Brian is awaiting a written response from <br /> City Attorney, Jerry Filla. Mr. Filla has reviewed and made <br /> . canments to Brian by telephone. <br /> staff has received telephone calls from representatives of the <br /> American Dog Owners Association and Minnesota Council of Dog Clubs <br /> requesting that they be allowed to speak on the Animal Control <br /> ordinance. Historically their concerns have related to the <br /> maximum number of dogs allowed (3) and limitations on kermels for <br /> hobby breeders and dog shows. <br /> b. Enclosed is a revised draft copy of the proposed changes to the <br /> Transient Merchant ordinance including canvassing. Revisions <br /> incorporate comments noted at the Febl:uary worksession. 'Ihe City <br /> Attorney has reviewed and responded to Brian verbally. Brian is <br /> awaiting a written confinnation. <br /> c. R.enee has researched various voting location possibilities for <br /> Precinct 4 since the City Hall can no lo~ be used as a polling <br /> location. North Heights llltheran Church will allow the City to <br /> set up a polling location in their upper hallway area, and it was <br /> noted that this area would be more appropriate for handicap <br /> accessibility. 'Ihere would be a charge of $100.00 to use this <br /> facility. 'Ihe fee would be used to pay for the church staff I s <br /> t:i1ne for set up and being available to open the facility in the <br /> early morning hours and to secure the building in the late evening <br /> hours. <br /> . <br />
