Approve List of Claims/payroll. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> There were no public comments. <br /> UNFINISHED AND NEW BUSINESS <br /> None noted. <br /> ADKINISTRATOR COMMENTS: <br /> None noted. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS: <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski noted that the Economic <br /> Development Committee is in the process of mailing the <br /> survey and letter to the businesses in the area. She <br /> asked where the funds would be allocated to pay the <br /> expense of this mailing. Person noted that she and the <br /> Community Planning Coordinator had recognized that monies <br /> can be taken from the planning and zoning budget. Malone . <br /> noted that Council would need to approve such funds for <br /> reallocation. <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski referred to the notice in the <br /> packet regarding a request for a City official to attend <br /> the Girl Scout award's ceremony, and stated she would <br /> attend if the Council concurred. Council concurred. <br /> Councilmember Probst reminded the Council of the Second <br /> Arden Hills' Community meeting at TCAAP on March 17, 1994 <br /> at 7:30 pm. He further noted that the publicity to date <br /> has been reported fairly and is pleased with the <br /> coverage. <br /> ADJOURN: <br /> KOTION: Malone moved, seconded by Probst, to adjourn <br /> the meeting at 8:51 p.m. Motion carried <br /> . unanimously (5-0). <br /> Thomas R.
