Public Works Superintendent <br /> SUBJECT: Update on stop sign policy <br /> The City Council and myself have offered caments and suggestions on <br /> how the proposed street sign policy could be arrended. The Public <br /> Works/Safety Cannittee has not had an opportunity to review the <br /> CXXI1l'eI1ts regarding the policy. The intent was to do this at the March <br /> meeting, however, very few merrd:Jers could attend that meeting and the <br /> review was not canpleted. The April rreeting nay be held at a later <br /> date due to the Ccmnunity rreeting being held at TCMP which coincides <br /> with the regularly scheduled rreeting for the Public Works/Safety <br /> Cannittee. <br /> I will go ahead and rrake the Council recanrended changes to the <br /> proposed policy and forward all carrrents and changes to the Cannittee <br />. rrembers . <br /> I =uld hope to have a final policy proposal ready to present to <br /> Council for the first meeting in May. <br /> DW:rk <br />. <br />
