Properties <br /> The Planning O:mni.ssion reviewed an application to amend the signage <br /> plan at Arden Plaza at its Jlpril 20 meeting. At this meeting, the <br /> Comnission approved the area identification signs and denied the <br /> variance for the directional sign. <br /> The applicant has revised the directional sign prq:osed for the County <br /> Road E entrance. The sign w:)U].d be reduced both in size and height to <br /> canply with the ordinance requirements. The sign will be changed to a <br /> 2' X 3' sign reading as follows "Medical Clinic Arden Plaza" with an <br /> . arrow pointing to the parking area. The sign will remain internally <br /> illuminated. <br /> These changes ~uld place the request in confonrance with all <br /> Ordinance requirements.
