The proposed agreerrent was <br /> reviewed with ccmrents and conceITlS discussed. M::lunds View had <br /> additional language to add to the agreen-ent. <br /> Jerry Filla's ccmnents were reviewed. Mr. Lantz stated he It.Ulld <br /> prefer not to include M.W.C.C. in the current three party agreerrent. <br /> Mr. Lantz feels M.W.C.C. could be added with an amendment to the <br /> . agreement at a later date. Mr. Lantz will be updating the agreen-ent <br /> with today's changes and/or additions. He will send a faxed copy to <br /> us no later than M:mday April 25, ~994 for review. <br /> The bids for the sanitary sewer project were opened today at ~o:oo <br /> a.m. The apparent low bid was for $352,000. The estimated proj ect <br /> cost was approximately $500,000. The alternate to the bid, which <br /> included an oversized pipe, was $20,600. The second lowest alternate <br /> cost was $20,900. Arden Hills It.Ulld be expected to pay Federal <br /> Cartridge the cost of the oversized pipe prior to the beginning of the <br /> project. Keep in mind, the above rrentioned prices were bid prices. <br /> Steve Mati fran T.C.A.A.P. will be tabulating the bids today and <br /> sending Arden Hills the final costs by M:lnday April 25. <br /> The Bid Award is scheduled for April 26, ~994. The =tractor will be <br /> expected to canplete the project within 90 days of the bid award. The <br /> Council is being asked to address this issue on M:lnday evening to <br /> enable Mike Fix to award the bid on Tuesday April 26, ~994. <br /> DW:to <br /> . <br />
