SRANNON SOUARE <br /> Chair Winiecki reopened the discussion on Case #94-12 and <br /> asked if there was a motion regarding the request from <br /> Davanni's. <br /> . seconded by Winiecki, <br /> Piotrowski moved, to approve the <br /> request for a Special Use Permit for a wall graphic at <br /> 3673 Lexington Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The graphic shall not move, flash, or contain <br /> animation. <br /> 2 . The graphic shall be limited to bays 16, 17, <br /> and 18 of the mall. <br /> 3 . The graphic shall be subject to the <br /> conditions identified in the Shannon Square <br /> signage plan. <br /> 4. The graphic shall be permitted only as long <br /> as Davanni's is the tenant of bays 16, 17, & <br /> 18. <br /> The motion passed un?nimously.
