The motion passed unanimously. <br /> . <br /> CASE #94-11: CG REIN - SITE PLAN REVIEW. SHANNON SOUARE. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated the sign change is being proposed for <br /> bays 16, 17 and 18. The applicant would like to see the <br /> rest of the mall conform with the existing signage plan. <br /> The proposal is to allow for the tenant of bays 16, 17 and <br /> 18 to conform with the City's Sign Ordinance. Staff <br /> recommends the Planning Commission approve the change to the <br /> signage plan as part of the Site Plan Review. <br /> CG Rein stated fully supports the signage change. <br /> piotrowski moved, seconded by Rye, to recommend <br /> approval of the proposed amendment to the signage plan <br /> for bays 16-18 at Shannon Square Shopping Center.
