T~ <br /> Arden Manor swimming pool was required to open in 30 days or <br /> produce options of other amenities which the park would <br /> offer to its residents in exchange. <br /> The National Guard asked the Council to help pay for a sewer <br /> connection to the City. Council decided to help pay for the <br /> sewer connection in the hopes the City will one day build on <br /> the T.C.A.A.P. property. <br /> The Council approved the proposed street reconstruction and <br /> recycling projects. <br /> councilmember Probst asked the Planning commission to start <br /> the process of developing a future land development plan for <br /> T.C.A.A.P. <br /> Mr. McGraw stated Mr. Erickson and himself would begin <br /> meeting to develop a plan. <br /> . <br />
