The front entry way is mainly a pickup/drop off <br /> area. There are only 14 parking spaces on the west side of <br /> the building. <br /> Rye motioned, seconded by McGraw, to recommend to <br /> Council approval of Case #94-10 Ramada, Site Plan <br /> Review, subject to the following conditions: <br /> . A. A landscape plan be provided to the City, and the <br /> enhancement be completed as required in Case #93- <br /> 07, no later than September 1, 1994. <br /> B. The sidewalk requirement be removed but a four (4) <br /> foot walkway be striped and maintained between the <br /> drive and the patio for a fire lane. <br /> C. Additional signs identifying the area for "no <br /> parking-fire lane" be erected on both sides of the <br /> patio. <br /> The motion carried 3-2. McGraw, Piotrowski, Rye voted <br /> in favor; Carlson, Winiecki were opposed to the motion. <br /> OTHER PLANNING RELATED ISSUES <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated Cardiac Pacemakers Inc. came before <br /> the Planning commission to look for confirmation of the need <br /> for a site plan review on an improvement to Building D. The <br /> proposed plans are suggesting an addition to Building D <br /> which would deviate from the existing master plan. CPI felt <br /> . the changes were in compliance with the PUD and the master <br />
