Enclosed is infortl'ation from Everest with a merro from Brian. In <br /> the merro, he discusses deadlines, canbinations of 'pay-as-you-go' <br /> and TIF bonds, As Brian points out, the City faces the question <br /> of reduction of risk for bonds with Everest providing Bare <br /> financial support. It is recarmended that Council agree to ask <br /> staff to execute a preliminary developnent agreement. <br /> IV, PARKS & RECREATICN: <br /> l. A part of the trail and a stom sewer that drains under the trail <br /> between Curnnings Park and Lexington Avenue was closed due to a <br /> washout of the area. Our staff from the Parks and the Public <br /> Works departtrents W,')rked together and quickly repaired the area. <br /> The repairs included installing culverts, filling and resurfacing. <br /> Drainage has been irrproved, making it a safe crossing at that <br /> point of the trail. <br /> 2.
