<br /> . <br /> June 30, 1994 <br /> Arden Hills Park & Rec, Dept. <br /> My 5-year old daughter, Jennifer, just completed your pre- T Ball class, and I wanted to <br /> write to say what a good job the coaches, Joe and Rob, did during the session. Having <br /> done considerable coaching myself with kids, and knowing from personal experience that <br /> the attention span of a group of 4 & 5 year oIds on a good day is about 30 seconds, the <br /> coaches did what I consider an outstanding job of keeping the kidll interested and <br /> attentive The improvement in all the kids was amazing for such a short period, and I <br /> attribute that to the Joe's and Rob's upbeat attitude towards every kid. Even though there <br /> was a wide range of abilities in the group, no kid was made to feel that they weren't good <br /> . enough or that they didn't belong. In short, the program was a very positive experience, <br /> both for the parents and the kids, a fact which I attribute in large part to Joe & Rob.
