MINUTES <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> WEDNESDAY, JULY 6, 1994 <br /> 7:30 P.M. - NEW BRIGHTON CITY HALL <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Vice Chair Piotrowski called the meeting to order at 7:30 <br /> p.m, <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present were Vice Chair Piotrowski, Dave Carlson, Marty Rye, <br /> Ray McGraw, Steve Erickson, Councilmember Hicks and <br /> Councilmember Aplikowski, Also present were Brian <br /> Fritsinger, Community Planning Coordinator; and Tammy Olson, <br /> Recording Secretary, Absent was Chair Winiecki, <br />. APPROVE MINUTES <br /> McGraw moved seconded by Erickson to approve the June <br /> 1, 1994 minutes, All voted in favor (5-0) , <br /> CASE #94-16: NORTHERN STATES POWER - SPECIAL USE PERMIT. 4251 <br /> FERNWOOD AVENUE. <br /> Vice Chair Piotrowski opened the public hearing for NSP at <br /> 7:32 p.m. Recording Secretary, Tammy Olson, confirmed the <br /> publication of the Notice of Hearing in the Focus on <br /> Tuesday, June 21, 1994, and mailing to affected property <br /> owners on the same date, Vice Chair Piotrowski proceeded to <br /> explain the hearing procedures to the attending residents. <br /> Mr. Fritsinger stated the NSP antenna will be mounted .on an <br /> existing mount which Cellular One has previously placed on <br /> the water tower, This site was chosen, as one of twenty <br /> (20) sites, for a program which monitors electrical service. <br /> The City Council has briefly reviewed this case. The <br /> Council requested, as with Cellular One, Case #94-13, the <br />. antenna not exceed 12' in height, and the color of the <br />
